Cultural mediation raises awareness and facilitates the cultural participation of each individual. By providing support, it encourages critical and/or artistic expression by creating links. Its work is developed in a network with social and cultural partners and the public. With a democratic aim, it contributes to the shared construction of a culture in the making.
